Mike brings over 25 years of investment banking and industry experience. He focuses on technology companies in the IoT, Tech-enabled Services, Healthcare and Security & Automation spaces. He spent the majority of his investment banking career in the Global Mergers & Acquisitions group of Bank of America Merrill Lynch working on a variety of M&A engagements including sell-sides, buy-sides and restructurings.
Before switching careers, Mike held various Managerial / Engineering roles including Sprint’s National Operations Control Center, an automotive consultancy firm Bauer Controls and the wi-fi semiconductor startup Alantro Communications (acquired by Texas Instruments).
Mike received his B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from The Ohio State University and the University of Washington, respectively. He received his M.B.A. from the New York University Stern School of Business. Mike is series 79 & 63 licensed. Registered Representative M&A Securities Group, Inc.
