Kraig was formerly an Executive Director at Incentrum, a global merchant bank, focused on healthcare services. Prior to Incentrum, he served as a Senior Vice President in the Healthcare Investment Banking group at Morgan Stanley covering healthcare technology. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Kraig was an Associate at Sonenshine Partners, a New York based boutique focused on healthcare services, consumer, and industrial companies.

Kraig began his career in exotic equity derivative trading at Deutsche Bank focused on U.S. and international indices. He later joined Artio Global Investors, formerly Julius Baer Investment Management, a $78B international equity mutual fund, where he started and built the derivatives trading business to one of the largest on the street. After Artio Global, Kraig joined Citigroup as a senior derivatives trader where he ran the VIX trading business globally.

Kraig holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA, with honors, from Columbia Business School. Registered Representative M&A Securities Group, Inc.
