Joshua is an experienced professional with over five years of experience in investment banking and asset management. He is currently a Senior Associate at Vault Advisors, specializing in investment banking across various sectors, including life sciences, medical devices, healthcare services and technology.

Prior to Vault Advisors, Joshua worked at Wells Fargo & Company in their Investment Banking division, specifically in their Healthcare group. He played a key role in numerous transactions, including the $380M sale of Emergent BioSolutions’ Travel Health Business to Bavarian Nordic.

Before entering the investment banking field, Joshua worked in asset management as a Portfolio Manager at Indiana Capital, LLC, where he managed an investment portfolio focusing on long/short equities and derivatives.

Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in Finance from University of Maryland – Robert Smith School of Business.
