Joshua is an experienced professional with over five years of experience in investment banking and asset management. He is currently an Associate at Vault Advisors, specializing in investment banking across various sectors, including life sciences, medical devices, healthcare services and technology.

Prior to Vault Advisors, Joshua worked at Wells Fargo & Company in their Investment Banking division, specifically in their Healthcare group. He played a key role in numerous transactions, including the $380M sale of Emergent BioSolutions’ Travel Health Business to Bavarian Nordic.

Before entering the investment banking field, Joshua worked in asset management as a Portfolio Manager at Indiana Capital, LLC, where he managed an investment portfolio focusing on long/short equities and derivatives.

Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in Finance from University of Maryland – Robert Smith School of Business.
