Marsela is Director of Business Development, APAC at Vault Advisors, where she specializes in client acquisition, relationship management, and driving the firm’s growth across the Asia-Pacific region. With extensive experience in both the private and public sectors, Marsela excels at identifying strategic opportunities and cultivating long-term partnerships to expand Vault Advisors’ APAC footprint.

In the private sector, Marsela successfully built and scaled an e-commerce beauty platform, securing partnerships with leading brands and fostering strong client relationships. Her public-sector tenure with the Indonesian House of Representatives focused on advancing outreach initiatives to support small and medium-sized enterprises, improve financial literacy, and connect underserved communities with essential resources.

Her expertise in navigating diverse markets and her ability to engage across cultures make her a trusted partner to clients throughout the region.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies from BINUS University and is pursuing a Master of Public Administration at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA), with a concentration in Economic and Political Development
