Sokol is a Managing Director and Head of Industrials Group at Vault Advisors.  Sokol’s experience in investment banking spans 18 years and close to 100 completed M&A, Debt, and Equity transactions with $50 billion in aggregate value.   Sokol’s expertise is focused on executing M&A transactions for private companies in Paper & Packaging subverticals including Labels, Flexible Packaging, Packaging Distribution, Commercial Printing, Contract Packaging and Manufacturing, Rigid Packaging, Corrugated Packaging, and Pulp and Paper.

Prior to joining Vault, Sokol led the Paper & Packaging industry practice at D.A. Davidson and KeyBanc Capital Markets.  Prior to that, he worked in the M&A group at Lehman Brothers and Barclays Capital, where he was most recently a Vice President.

Sokol holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a B.A. from Wabash College.  He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst, and holds Series 7, 63, and 24 licenses.  He is a Registered Representative of M&A Securities Group, Inc.
